We offer refunds for:
          -Items sent incorrectly — not your fault, our problem to fix

         -Damaged or defective products — same deal

Time limit
You've got 30 days from your purchase date to reach out. At our age, 30 days goes fast — so don't sit on it. Shoot us an email at support@agedunfiltered.co with your order number and a quick description of the issue. No need to write an essay. We'll figure it out together.
